In the defender's case, the matter concerns an alleged spit at Sorriso during the match between FC Porto and Famalicão.

The FC Porto player has denied spitting at his fellow professional.

As for André Villas-Boas, the proceedings relate to comments he made to journalists after a meeting with the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport.
