Alex Scott turns down latest Bournemouth contract offer | OneFootball

In-demand Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott has reportedly turned down a new contract offer.

The 22-year-old still has two seasons remaining on his current deal with the Cherries but the club are keen to try and tie down their star player.

However, Scott has plenty of admirers across the Premier League with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United all said to be keen on signing the England youth international. Those clubs may well see the reports by Sky Sports News that the player has turned down a fresh deal as a potential bargaining chip to make their move for the player.

Bournemouth are in no rush to sell though and could wait another season before entertaining offers next summer.

Scott featured 39 times for Bournemouth in all competitions last season, scoring four goals and making one assist.
