América Femenil sealed top spot in the Clausura 2026 on the final day, beating Pachuca 3-2 after Rayadas lost 0-3 to Tigres. They will face Juárez in the quarter-finals.

According to Americayya.net, the side weathered multiple injuries and a difficult spell from matchdays seven to 11, taking two draws and one defeat and snatching a last-minute win over Cruz Azul.

They finished on 42 points from 13 wins, three draws and one defeat. Their 44 goals made the league’s second-best attack, and 13 conceded was also the second-best defence.

The first leg will be at Estadio Olímpico Benito Juárez, with the return at Estadio Ciudad de los Deportes. Kick-off times are expected to be set between Sunday and Monday, with matchday 17 concluding today.

América have never lost to Juárez. The clubs have met 18 times in Liga MX Femenil, with 11 América wins and seven draws.

It will be their third liguilla meeting, the previous two won by América on aggregates of 8-2 and 7-2.
