The 25-year-old centre-back joins the Picardy club on a two-year deal.

A free agent since the summer, Aboubacar Lô officially signed with Amiens SC on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The former Senegalese defender of FC Metz has committed to the Picardy club for two seasons, until June 2027.
Aboubacar Lô arrives in Picardy. A product of the renowned Senegalese academy Génération Foot, Lô joined FC Metz in 2019, initially featuring for the reserves in National 3 before making a name for himself during a successful loan spell at SO Cholet (28 matches, 6 goals). Upon his return to Metz, he was quickly integrated into the first team, playing a key role in their promotion to Ligue 1 in 2023 and racking up around thirty appearances in all competitions, including 16 in Ligue 2 last season.

Both disciplined and powerful, he brings a solid track record from France and Belgium and genuine top-level experience. He will strengthen a young and ambitious squad, eager to add his experience, anticipation skills and tenacity in duels," wrote the French Ligue 2 club.
