"It would make it a remarkable season, considering where we started from," he said. "To navigate through the season and come out the end to have that potential outcome is pretty special.
"But we're going to have to produce a special performance to get that."
He added: "We just want to approach it like we do most games; we'll have our game plan, what we do with and without the ball, and try to hurt them in areas we feel we can.
"But, equally, we're aware of the strengths that they have."

"There will be a bit of emotion involved," Andrews continued. "Some of Liverpool's players will be playing their last game, and we've got players going back there.
"We need to maintain what we're going to do. We have to perform well and we have to really take care of their threats. When they click, they're very good. They've got some highly talented players.
"It's going to be really difficult, so we have to stay focused, regardless of what's going on around us.
"We just need to focus on ourselves. We'll go there with the aim of winning the game. That won't be easy and we'll have to play very well."
One of those Bees players returning to Anfield is Jordan Henderson, who played 492 times for the Reds across a 12-year spell, where he won the Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, two League Cups, Community Shield, Super Cup and Club World Cup.
On the England international, his head coach stated: "He's been very good for us; he's settled back into life in the Premier League when maybe some people doubted he could do that with the age he is. Naturally, there is a little bit of cynicism around players of a certain age.
"His professionalism is as good as or the best I've ever seen: how he prepares for games, how he recovers in between games, his focus and desire to still be a top performer. It's so impressive.
"Going back to Anfield will be obviously quite special and quite emotional for him.
"The part that he played in their history was hugely significant. He was a massive player for them for such a long period of time; he captained them to the Premier League and Champions League. You're talking about iconic moments in a big club's history.
"I have no doubt that he'll get a brilliant welcome on Sunday when he goes back to Anfield, and he deserves that."
