Armando Obispo move to Lens stalls as PSV revisit terms | OneFootball

Armando Obispo's proposed transfer from PSV Eindhoven to RC Lens has hit complications, leaving the move in doubt.

According to L'Équipe, after several days of negotiations, the clubs had reached an understanding last Thursday on a fee of around four million euros, excluding bonuses.

The situation shifted on Tuesday when PSV moved to reopen the numbers in recent hours, which has stalled progress. The move is not cancelled at this point, though that outcome cannot be ruled out.

Obispo, 27, is entering the final year of his PSV contract. He had already given his agreement to join Lens several days ago.

The Curaçao international has nine caps and has featured at the World Cup.
