Arrascaeta e Bruno Henrique made more Flamengo history on Sunday night, lifting the Campeonato Carioca to reach 18 trophies each, the most by any player at the club. Léo Pereira now has 14, moving past Zico, Júnior and Gabigol.
According to Globo.com, their haul features three Libertadores in 2019, 2022 and 2025, and four league titles in 2019, 2020, 2025 and 2026. They also won two Copas do Brasil, three Supercopas do Brasil, five Cariocas and the 2020 Recopa Sul-Americana.
Zico and Júnior did not have the Recopa Sul-Americana or Supercopa do Brasil in the 1980s. Arrascaeta and Bruno Henrique played two Recopas and five Supercopas, winning five. Júnior appeared in the 1991 Supercopa do Brasil, which Flamengo lost to Corinthians.
Both joined in early 2019. The Carioca arrived under Abel Braga, then Jorge Jesus transformed the side, with Arrascaeta starting as they beat River Plate in the Libertadores final with two Gabigol goals. The league title followed a day later after a Palmeiras slip.
They collected more silverware in 2020 and 2021, then in 2022 completed the national set by winning the Copa do Brasil alongside another Libertadores. After a barren 2023, 2024 brought an unbeaten Carioca and the Copa do Brasil, drawing them level with Zico and Júnior.
In 2025, after Gabigol’s exit, the Supercopa, a fifth Carioca, another continental trophy and the league took the duo clear. Flamengo’s own count lists Léo Pereira and Pedro on 15 titles each.
