The Gunners beat Atletico Madrid in the last-four to book their place in the final of the competition for just the second time in the club's history.

That sole previous appearance came 20 years ago in Paris, when Arsenal went down to ten men inside 20 minutes and were beaten 1-0 by Barcelona.

Arsenal were officially the away team that night and due to the clash between the two home kits wore their yellow away strip.

There had been some suggestions that Arsenal could be forced to wear a changed strip this time too.

The Gunners will be the away team in Budapest on May 30 and would definitely have had to wear their blue kit had Bayern Munich reached the final.

PSG's strip contains some red and had they won their kit for next season, which has even more red on it, there could have been a clash.

With Arsenal's away kit being blue, any change would likely have been the white and burgundy third kit.

However, it has been confirmed that Arsenal will wear red for the final, making it their first Champions League final in which they have worn their home kit.

The Gunners will be in red shirts, white socks and red socks, with David Raya in his yellow goalkeeper strip.

PSG will play in this season's home kit as they attempt to defend their Champions League crown.

When the two clubs met in the semi-finals last season, PSG wore an all-blue fourth kit in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium.

In Paris for the return fixture both clubs wore their home strips and that will again be the case for the final in Budapest.
