Arsenal are exploring a move for Club Brugge winger Christos Tzolis as Mikel Arteta looks to add further firepower to his title-winning squad this summer, per David Ornstein. The Gunners are assessing a deal to bring the 24-year-old to the Emirates Stadium. He could be available for around €40 million (£34.5m). Arsenal are searching for attacking reinforcements following last season’s Premier League triumph. Tzolis has emerged as one of Europe’s most productive wide forwards over the last two campaigns. The Arsenal target delivered 22 goals and 29 assists in 52 appearances for Club Brugge across all competitions, building on the 37-goal contributions of last season and the 23-goal haul he produced during a prolific spell in Germany’s second tier. Despite signing a new contract with the club until 2029 last summer, Tzolis continues to attract attention across Europe, with Arsenal the latest suitor. Arsenal pursuing Tzolis does not interfere their ongoing interest in Morgan Rogers. The North London club are keen to strengthen multiple attacking positions and continue to assess several targets ahead of the new campaign. The Gunners have also explored a move for Kenan Yildiz. However, Juventus made it clear the Turkish international is not available for transfer, forcing Arsenal to focus on alternative options. Tzolis is no stranger to English football after joining Norwich City from PAOK in 2021. While he struggled to establish himself in the Premier League during his time at the club, the winger has since rebuilt his reputation through impressive spells in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. Arsenal are particularly keen to add competition on the left flank, where questions remain over the long-term futures of Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli. Tzolis’ experience at the Champions League level and his impressive goalscoring record make him an attractive option for Arsenal as they prepare for another challenge on multiple fronts.
