PSG have assembled a squad strong enough to compete on all fronts, leaving them within reach of a treble. Yet, uncertainty surrounds one player’s future as reports link him with potential moves abroad.

Luis Enrique’s approach has relied heavily on squad depth, with regular rotation fueling consecutive Ligue 1 titles, as well as triumphs in the Coupe de France, UEFA Champions League, and UEFA Super Cup. The plan has paid off in silverware but hasn’t satisfied every player.

Among those seeking more opportunities is Warren Zaïre-Emery. The 19-year-old midfielder remains highly regarded but continues to battle for a consistent place in Enrique’s starting lineup.

CaughtOffside reports that Arsenal and Manchester City are keeping a close eye on PSG midfielder Zaïre-Emery. The outlet adds that both clubs are now on high alert, with him potentially available for a fee of around €80 million.

“There’s uncertainty around [Zaïre-Emery’s] situation,” a source told CaughtOffside. “He wants clarity over his role, and if he isn’t satisfied, then he knows there are a lot of other top clubs who’d give him far more playing time.

“PSG aren’t actively looking to sell, they know how good he is, but they have to be realistic as well. €80m could give them something to think about.”

In April, L’Equipe reported that Real Madrid had started keeping tabs on Zaïre-Emery, with Spanish outlets hinting at a sudden push of interest from the club in the young midfielder.

Even so, the French outlet made it clear that PSG have no plans to part ways with Zaïre-Emery. The France international is tied to the capital side through 2029, giving him plenty of time to keep growing within the squad. However, if his playing time doesn’t have an upward tick, could he consider a move next summer?
