In a recent report, Le10Sport mentioned that Arsenal would have to rival Liverpool for Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola. It has been claimed that the Gunners are in the running to sign the French wide player later this year.
Barcola has enjoyed a good campaign at the French club after he put in a series of impressive displays for them in Ligue 1. The French talent has been involved in 46 matches for PSG this season, finding the back of the net 12 times and securing seven assists in various competitions.
The 23-year-old is currently among the best wingers in Ligue 1. Hence, the Gunners would do well to snap him up in the upcoming transfer window.
His current contract at the French club will run out in the summer of 2028, which could make it difficult for Arsenal to sign him on the cheap later this year.

Barcola can use his pace well to get in behind the opponent’s backline and is a good dribbler with the ball at his feet. He has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates in the final third and can strike the ball with power from long range.
The French wide player can contribute by scoring and creating his fair share of goals from the flanks. Barcola is primarily a left-winger but can also fill in as a right-sided wide player or as a striker down the middle if required. However, there are some question marks over whether he can adapt to the physicality and high intensity of the Premier League if the Gunners manage to sign him this summer.
We can expect Barcola to enhance the quality of Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta’s attack. He is more than capable of nailing down a regular starting place at the Emirates Stadium in the coming seasons.
At 23, Barcola has his best years ahead of him, which makes him a dream signing for the North London giants to pursue later this year. Thus, Arteta should focus on trying everything in his power to sign him in the summer transfer period.
