Aston Villa ‘to consider’ move for Dortmund’s Adeyemi | OneFootball

Aston Villa have been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund winger Adeyemi.

The Athletic reports that the 24-year-old is open to departing Signal Iduna Park in this window. The report adds Villa are long-term admirers, although it is unclear whether the Premier League side will table an offer.

Adeyemi’s contract runs to 2027, so Dortmund could consider a sale.

Talks over a new deal have been ongoing but no agreement has been reached.

Bild claims the club increasingly suspect Adeyemi and his representatives are setting excessive demands to avoid an extension, instead eyeing a 2027 free transfer that could secure a significant signing-on fee.

The forward joined from RB Salzburg in 2022 and recorded 10 goals and six assists in 39 games in the 2025/26 campaign.
