PSG turned heads in the UEFA Champions League this past season with strong performances against Manchester City, Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal. That impressive run could make the club an increasingly attractive destination for Premier League players, particularly as more English talent looks beyond domestic opportunities.
Back in January, CaughtOffside reported that PSG had been monitoring Morgan Rogers. The winger’s displays during the 2024-25 season against Manchester City, Newcastle, and Brighton reportedly caught the attention of the club’s scouts.
Rogers has stood out thanks to his pace, footwork, and creativity. However, Aston Villa are not currently open to selling him.
According to The Independent, Chelsea have also shown interest and added Rogers to their list of summer targets. The 22-year-old is in the midst of a breakout Premier League campaign, and his profile continues to rise.

On Wednesday, TEAMtalk reported, citing sources, that Rogers is open to a move to London, drawn by the chance to play in the Champions League and take the next step in his career.
Aston Villa, however, remain firm in their valuation, demanding at least £80 million for the talented midfielder, who recently signed a new deal through 2030. Still, sources close to Chelsea and Arsenal believe a deal could be done for less than Villa’s asking price.
