Atalanta trio ‘to miss’ Bayern Champions League first leg, Scalvini suspended | OneFootball

Atalanta look set to be without Ederson, Giacomo Raspadori and Charles De Ketelaere for the Champions League last-16 first leg against Bayern Munich. According to TMW, the trio are still injured, trained separately on Monday and are expected to miss the game, while Giorgio Scalvini is suspended.

The tie is tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10, kicking off at 21:00 CET, 20:00 GMT, at the New Balance Arena in Bergamo.

Scalvini worked with the group in recent days after a knee injury suffered in Serie A against Lazio, but he will sit out due to a one-game ban.

Head coach Raffaele Palladino and midfielder Mario Pasalic are scheduled to speak at a pre-match press conference at 19:00 CET, 18:00 GMT, later today.

They beat Borussia Dortmund 4-3 on aggregate in the Champions League knockout playoff. The Bergamo club are the only remaining Serie A team in Europe’s elite competition.
