Athletic are putting their faith in Hugo Rincón as he returns from a spell at Girona, with Edin Terzic rating the defender highly. According to El Correo, he comes back more mature and more complete.

Rincón, from Valtierra and aged 23, is back at Athletic after back-to-back loans at Mirandés and Girona.

He made 79 appearances across those stints in professional football.

He had an effort on goal in Girona's meeting with Athletic at Montilivi last season.

On his return he is intent on becoming Athletic's right-back.
