Athletic caught the eye before their friendly with Racing de Santander, warming up in a striking red and black shirt in Laredo.

According to El Correo, the warm-up top is not listed on the club’s official website.

Made by Castore, it features jagged red and black stripes that recall kits of sides such as Milan, with the Athletic crest on the left chest. The players wore white shorts and socks.

Athletic have unveiled their three kits for next season. The traditional red and white home strip was revealed at the end of the last campaign and debuted in the final official match, as happened the season before.

The all-black second kit and the sky-blue third are on sale in the official store, along with training and travel wear.
