Athletic unveil sky-blue third kit inspired by San Mamés louvres | OneFootball

Athletic have unveiled their third kit for next season, a sky-blue strip with white lines that pays tribute to the louvres on San Mamés. The club said the design is intended to present a San Mamés without limits.

Made from AerTek fabric, the shirt sets the stadium in a figurative sky.

Across the shirt, pairs of oblique and horizontal white lines simulate the roof slats.

The concept also nods to supporters who live outside Bilbao. It frames the red-and-white following as accompanying the Lions wherever they play, without borders and at any time.

The shirt is already available online and in official stores, priced at about 100 euros.
