According to Superdeporte, Nico González has sustained a muscle tear, leaving Atlético de Madrid with a new absentee.

Atlético de Madrid travel to Valencia on Saturday for La Liga matchday 34 at Mestalla, and the Argentina international will not be available.

The injury occurred during training ahead of the Champions League semi-finals.
