Augsburg complete signing of South Korea international | OneFootball

FC Augsburg have confirmed the signing of 27-year-old South Korea international Youngwoo Seol.

The full-back joins the Bundesliga club from Serbian outfit FK Crvena Zvezda and has signed a contract until 2030.

“Youngwoo brings plenty of experience at international level, both from European club competitions and with the national team. His versatility as a wing-back and his pace will give us another dimension, while also increasing the competition for places in the wide areas,” said FCA sporting director Benni Weber.

Seol is excited about making the move to the German top flight.

“I’m really looking forward to my time in Augsburg. The Bundesliga is a fantastic and extremely demanding league where I want to prove myself and continue to develop. I can’t wait to play in front of our fans at the WWK ARENA, show what I can bring to the team and work hard together to achieve our goals,” he said.
