Aurèle Amenda ‘to undergo’ Coventry City medical ahead of €20m move | OneFootball

Aurèle Amenda has arrived in England ahead of a medical as a €20m move to Coventry City nears completion, Sky Germany reports.

The 22-year-old is expected to undergo tests before an official announcement on Thursday. Reports last month suggested an agreement was already in place.

Amenda will link up with Coventry under head coach Frank Lampard as the Sky Blues prepare for their first Premier League campaign since the 2000/01 season.

The Swiss international made 24 Bundesliga appearances for Eintracht Frankfurt last season.

He was named in Switzerland’s squad for this summer’s World Cup but did not feature.
