Auxerre to sign Christ Makosso from Luton on four-year deal | OneFootball

According to L'Équipe, Auxerre will sign 22-year-old Congolese centre-back Christ Makosso from Luton on a four-year contract.

The Burgundy club's window is especially active. Now coached by Will Still and keen to assemble the squad quickly, Auxerre will complete the deal in the coming days.

Trained at Sochaux, he spent January to December 2024 with RWDM in Belgium's top flight. He then joined Oxford on loan from January to June 2026 in the Championship, who were relegated to League One at season's end.
