Bap ‘to visit’ Flamengo training base after 3-0 Bragantino defeat | OneFootball

Flamengo lost 3-0 to Red Bull Bragantino in Bragança Paulista in the ninth round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. President Bap is set to visit the club’s training base on Friday to address the squad.

According to Coluna Do Fla, some club figures believe the squad has grown too comfortable and want Bap to adopt a firmer stance before facing Santos.

Flamengo had not been beaten by three or more goals since 18 August 2024, when they lost to Botafogo under Tite.

Leonardo Jardim will have two days to work with the team before the Santos fixture, leaving limited time to prepare and spark a response.

The match is scheduled for Sunday, 05, at 17:30 Brasília time in the 10th round. It will be broadcast free-to-air on Rede Globo and via Premiere’s pay-per-view service.
