Barcelona secured their fifth consecutive victory, coming from behind to beat Atlético de Madrid 3-1 at the renovated Nou Camp and ending the Colchoneros’ 13-game unbeaten run.
The win stretches Barça’s lead at the top of La Liga to 37 points, four ahead of Real Madrid with a game in hand, while Atlético remain fourth on 31 points.
Hans-Dieter Flick's side dominated possession early, but Atlético scored first. In the 19th minute, Nahuel Molina’s pass found Álex Baena, who scored past Joan García after VAR confirmed he was onside.
The hosts responded by reshuffling their attack. Lamine Yamal switched wings with Raphinha, creating space, and in the 26th minute, Pedri’s assist allowed the Brazilian to dribble past Oblak and net the equaliser.
Barça had a huge opportunity to go ahead when Dani Olmo earned a penalty before half-time, but Robert Lewandowski’s shot flew over the bar.
Barcelona came out strongly after the break, pressing and countering with intent, and took the lead in the 65th minute when Olmo curled a shot into the bottom corner after a brilliant run from Yamal.
Substitutions slowed Barcelona’s rhythm, giving Atlético a brief period of control, with Thiago Almada coming close to equalising. Barcelona sealed the win in the final moments when Baldé’s cross found Ferrán Torres, who calmly finished to make it 3-1.
