Barcelona board & Hansi Flick are now in the same city as vacationing transfer target | OneFootball

Several members of the board at La Liga giants Barcelona have this week joined both manager Hansi Flick, and a headline member of the club’s transfer wishlist, on the island of Ibiza.

That’s according to Mundo Deportivo, who have confirmed that Athletic Club star Nico Williams is currently enjoying a vacation in Ibiza.

Barcelona sporting director Deco of course sat down for a fresh round of talks with Nico’s agent last week.

And as much has since culminated in the 22-year-old taking his place back at the very top of the Blaugrana’s wishlist for next season.

All of a Barca persuasion, in turn, will no doubt be intrigued to hear of the latest travel arrangements of a number of members of the club’s board.

As per a report from MD:

‘Barça’s sporting director, Deco, traveled this afternoon with Bojan and Alejandro Echevarría to try to move forward with the signing of Nico Williams. Despite sources suggesting Deco would travel to Bilbao, the Barça sporting director ultimately flew to Ibiza, where Nico is on vacation.’

Not only the Athletic Club star himself, but Hansi Flick, too, is enjoying a break in Ibiza at present.
