The Clasico this weekend is set to be a special one, especially with both teams having a lot to play for.
For Barcelona, a win would seal the league title race and crown them as champions of La Liga for the second consecutive campaign. For Real Madrid, the objective will be to deny their rivals a win or a draw so as to delay their celebrations.
The game will be held at the Spotify Camp Nou, handing the Catalans the advantage over their arch-rivals. What is clear, however, is that both sides will give their all to take all three points on the night.
As relayed by MARCA, Barcelona could make history by winning La Liga on Sunday night against Real Madrid.
After all, they have never mathematically sealed the league title with a win over Los Blancos in La Liga, and to do so would provide serious bragging rights.
At this point, just one point separates Barcelona from the league title, and even a draw against Real Madrid will close the title race.

Needless to say, the Catalans’ home record will be something that gives them confidence.
So far this season, Barcelona have already won all 17 of their league games at home and are on a perfect record. They have scored 52 goals and conceded just nine times in that duration.
The last time Real Madrid arrived at the Spotify Camp Nou to play a game, Los Blancos lost the game by a 2-1 margin.
Barcelona’s aim will be to ensure a similar result this weekend, irrespective of the conditions, and thereby ensure that they are crowned champions by the end of the night.
The Blaugrana already won a trophy against Real Madrid this season: the Spanish Super Cup final played in Saudi Arabia.
Moreover, Barça have not lost to Real Madrid in the league at home since October 2013, which only gives them more confidence heading into what promises to be a historic El Clasico.
