Pini Zahavi opens up on Lewandowski’s future

Now, Lewandowski’s agent, Pini Zahavi, has opened up on the striker’s future at Barcelona beyond the ongoing season.

The super-agent avoided delving into details about the striker’s long-term plans but has emphasised that he has not received any proposals from Saudi Arabia – at least not in recent weeks.

Speaking to 365scores (h/t Mundo Deportivo), Pini Zahavi acknowledged that the player’s future remains uncertain.

“Lewandowski’s contract with Barcelona expires in the summer of 2026, and there are no decisions regarding that at the moment,” said Zahavi.

“We have to wait and see what happens in the coming days.”

Regarding the interest from Saudi Arabia, the Barcelona veteran’s agent added: “There is nothing official regarding negotiations with Saudi clubs. There are no offers at the moment.”

As things stand, there has been no official communication between Lewandowski and Barcelona regarding the future, with both parties focused on the season. However, the chances of an exit as a free agent are significant.
