Barcelona sign Anthony Gordon in €80m deal | OneFootball

Barcelona have completed the signing of Newcastle and England winger Anthony Gordon, the club announced on Friday. 

Gordon joins the Spanish giants on a five-year deal with the Camp Nou club paying a reported €80m for his services.

Gordon has spent the past three years with the Magpies, scoring 24 goals in 111 Premier League games.

Bayern Munich were believed to be one of the sides chasing the 25-year-old, but Hansi Flick's men have beaten the Bavarians to his signature.

Gordon completed his medical on Thursday and will now fly out to the United States to join the England squad for their World Cup campaign.
