Barcelona star drops exit hint | OneFootball

Barcelona star Ferran Torres has on Monday dropped something of a hint regarding his future. This comes courtesy of the revelation that he is yet to make a call on his plans for the season ahead, throwing his status as a Blaugrana player into doubt.

Frontman Ferran has of course taken his place centre stage in the headlines surrounding Barcelona for several weeks now.

Ahead of the expiration of his contract terms at the Spotify Camp Nou in 12 months’ time, the 26-year-old has been identified as a leading transfer target on the part of European champions Paris Saint-Germain.

The last couple of days alone have seen a whole host of contrasting claims surface regarding Ferran’s intentions, throwing his future ever further up in the air.

Speaking during an appearance on Spanish TV early this week, it therefore came as little surprise when the subject of his situation in Catalunya’s capital was put to the former Manchester City man himself.

And Ferran’s response was not exactly encouraging from a Barcelona perspective:

“I have a contract with FC Barcelona but in football you never know. I’m waiting to make the right decision. I don’t know, I don’t know yet.”

Pressed further on whether or not he has a ‘dream’ club, the World Cup winner continued:

“Yes, but I just want to be happy.”
