Barcelona star finishes Champions League season as top goalscorer & assist-maker | OneFootball

A leading member of the attacking ranks at La Liga giants Barcelona finished the Champions League campaign with more goals and assists than any other player.

The Blaugrana star in question? Raphinha.

The Champions League is of course fresh off being brought to a close for 2024/25 on Saturday night.

When all was said and done, it was Paris Saint-Germain who emerged triumphant, downing Inter Milan by five goals to nil to secure for themselves the title of European champions for the first time ever.

And as alluded to above, in the process, Barcelona winger Raphinha also bagged a prestigious title.

After lighting up the Champions League this past season from his berth on Hansi Flick’s left flank, the Brazilian has officially been named the top scorer and assist-maker in the competition.

Raphinha finished the continental campaign with 13 goals to his name (T-1st with Serhou Guirassy), as well as nine assists (3 more than 2nd-placed Ousmane Dembélé).
