La Liga giants Barcelona have on Thursday been afforded a timely boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that Dani Olmo has linked back up with the rest of Hansi Flick’s squad in first-team training.
Midfielder Olmo has for his part of course been sidelined since late last month.
This comes owing to a muscular injury suffered en route to Barcelona’s 3-0 downing of Osasuna in the club’s post-international break return to action.
The summer arrival in Catalunya’s capital, in turn, has been forced to sit out each of the Blaugrana’s last four fixtures in all competitions.
As alluded to above, though, if the latest word stemming from The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper is anything to go by, then Olmo should be back available for competitive action once more in the very near future.
As per Diario Sport, the Spanish international took part in elements of group training with his teammates on Thursday morning.
Olmo could in turn even be called up to face Leganés this weekend, with a view to playing an important role against Borussia Dortmund next Tuesday.
