Barcelona star Robert Lewandowski could move level with a club legend in the club’s all-time goalscoring charts with his latest strike in the club’s next outing.

Barca, of course, are currently in the midst of final preparations for a return to action on Tuesday night.

Shifting focus back towards matters on the continent, the Blaugrana are set to welcome Benfica to Catalunya’s capital, for the 2nd leg of the Champions League tie between the clubs.

The aforementioned Robert Lewandowski, for his part, is expected to feature from the off in the clash, having shaken off a recent fitness concern.

And, in the case of the Pole marking his appearance with a goal, he will join an iconic figure in the Barcelona history books.

Ronaldinho, across his time at the Camp Nou, managed to rack up a total of 94 goals.

Lewandowski, meanwhile, in just 133 appearances to date, has found the net on an impressive 93 occasions. One more tomorrow evening, and the veteran frontman will in turn move level with one of the greatest players in Barca’s modern history.
