Barcelona transfer target sends ultimatum to his current club | OneFootball

Liverpool star and known Barcelona transfer target Luis Díaz has laid out something of an ultimatum to those in a position of power at Anfield regarding his future.

That’s according to Colombian football insider Pipe Sierra, who on Wednesday provided a fresh insight into the situation.

Wide-man Díaz, of course, is a man in-demand on the market with a view to next season.

To date, the likes of Bayern Munich, Al-Nassr and the aforementioned Barcelona have all been credited with a strong interest in landing the 28-year-old this summer.

And if the latest word stemming from his home country of Colombia is anything to go by, then Liverpool will be required to act, to ensure that Díaz does not actively seek out a move to one such club over the coming weeks.

As per journalist Pipe Sierra, in quotes relaid by Mundo Deportivo:

“Luis Díaz will tell Liverpool this week that he wants to stay as long as they improve his contract, but if they don’t, he will ask to be allowed to leave immediately.”
