Barcelona are gearing up for key reinforcements this summer, with Anthony Gordon already joining in a big-money deal from Newcastle United.
Apart from Gordon, Barcelona have been linked with moves for Julian Alvarez and Bernardo Silva, who will become a free agent after running down his contract at Manchester City.
Recent reports have indicated Silva is close to joining Barcelona, but according to Mundo Deportivo, there are still certain conditions that must be met in order for Barça to snap him up.

The report suggests Barcelona require the approval of Hansi Flick in order to sign Bernardo Silva this summer.
The German is yet to give his green light for the transfer as he is already stacked in the central midfield and attacking midfield positions.
The likes of Frenkie de Jong, Pedri, Gavi, Fermin Lopez, Marc Bernal, Roony Bardghji and Dani Olmo, who is set for a new contract this summer, can all play in the positions Silva will be vying for.

Barcelona must also secure a few exits if they are to bring in Bernardo Silva this summer, which ties in with the fact that the club simply have too many options right now.
The report mentions Bardghji, Ferran Torres and Marc Casado as a list of players who could be expendable.
Casado has been recently courted by AS Monaco and has received offers from elsewhere as well. Meanwhile, Ferran is not too keen on leaving Barcelona, despite speculations linking him with a move elsewhere.
If at least two of them leave Barcelona this summer, the road will be clear for the Blaugrana to sign Silva, although the Portuguese international wants the deal done before the World Cup.
