Bayern chief Max Eberl on speculation over Goretzka's future | OneFootball

According to BuLi News, Bayern board member for sport Max Eberl has addressed speculation about Leon Goretzka’s future at the club.

Goretzka has been linked with Atlético Madrid and said in an interview that leaving Bayern is an option, adding he could see himself playing abroad.

Eberl told reporters after the 2-1 Champions League win over PSV on Wednesday: "That’s legitimate. His contract expires in the summer."

"No decisions have been made yet. Naturally, he has to think about the future, because no one knows what will happen next. So for me, it’s all fine."

He also said no club has contacted Bayern regarding Goretzka so far. The midfielder remained on the bench for the full 90 minutes against PSV.
