Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund learn of Satoshi Tanaka’s exit clause | OneFootball

Satoshi Tanaka (23) has featured in every 2. Bundesliga game for Fortuna Düsseldorf since his arrival from Sanfrecce Hiroshima in January. Now, leading Bundesliga clubs are learning of the player’s reported exit clause.

According to Bild, Tanaka’s release clause is set at €10m although clubs from England would have to shell out €12m for the Japanese midfielder.

Now, RP Online report that Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, VfB Stuttgart, Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig and Bayer Leverkusen would also fall into the latter category.

However, with less than a year in Germany, it’s unlikely that Tanaka – who reportedly feels happy at Fortuna – would leave Düsseldorf in the summer. “I’m very happy to be here,” he said.
