Heavyweight clash as Champions League returns
Bayern Munich host Paris Saint-Germain in a heavyweight Champions League fixture this week.
While both sides will no doubt have had eyes on winning the ultimate prize in the European club game, things have not worked out as planned thus far.
With each side top of their domestic leagues, attention turns to trying to make inroads in Europe. Failure to reach the knockout rounds would be a disaster for both.
Bayern Munich vs Paris Saint-Germain is scheduled for an 8pm GMT kick-off time on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

Harry Kane comes into the game off the back another hat-trick, and will again lead the line, supported by the likes of Serge Gnabry and Michael Olise.
The game will likely come too soon for Aleksandar Pavloic and Josip Stanisic, but the pair are back in training. Joao Palinha.
PSG are sweating on the fitness of Nuno Mendes, and will certainly be without the likes of Goncalo Ramos and Lucas Hernandez. Marquinhos is available again after suspension.
With Harry Kane in fine form at club level and PSG having struggled in Europe this season, a Bayern win looks likely.
