Bayern poised to confirm new contract for youngster | OneFootball

Bayern Munich are poised to announce a contract extension for David Santos Daiber.

According to Sky Germany, the 19-year-old midfielder signed his first professional contract with the Bavarians on Monday.

Currently sidelined with a muscle injury, Daiber has made two appearances for Bayern's first team, most recently coming on for the final 10 minutes of their 4-1 win over Borussia Mönchengladbach.

The young midfielder is a Portugal U19 international, having earned six caps at that level.

His market value is estimated at €3 million by Transfermarkt.
