Kasımpaşa beat Galatasaray 1-0 at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Stadyumu, ending the champions' seven-match league head-to-head run and lifting the hosts from 14th to 13th.
In the 27th minute Adrian Benedyczak finished off a counter, sweeping in from Fousseni Diabaté's cut-back after a rapid break.
Ali Emre Yanar kept Kasımpaşa in front with sharp stops from Noa Lang early on and Arda Ünyay soon after, and Leroy Sané then struck the bar (38.).
After the restart, Aslan pushed forward. Half-time substitute Batuhan Ahmet Sen denied Benedyczak one-on-one (60.) to keep the game alive, but the hosts' back line repelled waves of pressure.
Aslan saw plenty of the ball, posting 70.9% possession and 12 attempts. Yanar recorded five saves to seal the clean sheet.
Repeated treatment stoppages for Yanar punctuated the second half as Kasımpaşa dug in, with Wilfried Stephane Singo also denied by a flying save late on (80.).
It was Kasımpaşa's ninth clean sheet of the Süper Lig campaign.
