Benfica rally to earn late point as leaders checked at the Luz | OneFootball

Benfica 2-2 Porto at the Luz, the hosts rescuing a late point to preserve their unbeaten league season while the leaders stayed top.

Victor Froholdt put Porto ahead in the 10th minute, finishing from close range. Oskar Pietuszewski doubled the advantage (40.) after a break led by Gabri Veiga.

Diogo Costa made key saves from Gianluca Prestianni before the interval, while Anatolii Trubin thwarted Alberto Costa after the restart as Porto sought a third.

After a double change, the Águias found thrust. Dodi Lukebakio struck the post moments before Andreas Schjelderup whipped a superb finish into the top right (69.). Leandro Martins levelled late (88.), turning in a Franjo Ivanović cross.

The Águias finished with 59.4% possession, 20 attempts and eight corners. Porto produced 14 attempts with six on target and made 44 clearances.
