Bernardo Silva struck after just eight minutes to give Man City the lead in their Premier League clash against Aston Villa on Tuesday.
It was a welcome goal for the Portuguese midfielder, whose last strike came on Boxing Day 2024.
However, Silva had a stroke of good fortune as his strike was straight at Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martínez, who spilled the ball into the net.
Perhaps not Silva's best-ever in a City shirt, but welcome nonetheless.
