Besiktas ‘to explore’ Jose Sa free move as Villa ‘monitor’ Guirassy | OneFootball

Besiktas interest in Jose Sa and Aston Villa’s look at Serhou Guirassy headline the region’s transfer chatter, with Wolves and Watford linked to John Kennedy.

Fanatik reports that Besiktas are interested in Sa but reluctant to pay a fee. The club are exploring whether he could terminate his Wolves contract to become a free agent. Sa joined in 2021 and has made 160 Premier League appearances.

Bild claims Aston Villa have expressed interest in Borussia Dortmund striker Guirassy. Dortmund are said to want him to remain part of their plans, though the forward is open to listening to clubs with a convincing plan. Villa are monitoring his situation and could make a formal move, with Fenerbahce also keen.

Guirassy scored 17 in 33 Bundesliga matches, with a further 21 across all competitions.

Reports in Brazil say the two Championship clubs have contacted Fluminense, along with Udinese and Cagliari, about forward John Kennedy.

Fluminense are believed to be open to a sale for more than £8.5 million. Kennedy, 24, has 14 goals in 35 appearances across all competitions in 2026.
