Blackstenius signs new deal with Arsenal | OneFootball

Arsenal striker Stina Blackstenius has signed a new deal with the club.

Hayters understands that it is a two-year deal and extends Blackstenius’ four-year stay at the Gunners, having joined the club in 2022 from Swedish side BK Hacken.

She has scored 64 goals in 152 appearances – including the late winner against Barcelona that wrote her name into the history books as the Gunners clinched a historic second UEFA Women’s Champions League title in May 2025.

The 30-year-old striker has won all four of the finals she’s contested as an Arsenal player, and counts two League Cup titles and a FIFA Champions Cup winners’ medal among her club accolades, alongside that Champions League win.

Blackstenius also found the net in each of those League Cup wins, both achieved at the expense of Chelsea in 2023 and 2024, and finished as Arsenal’s top scorer in each of those campaigns.

She has made 15 league appearances this season, scoring seven goals and registering three assists.
