Blue Crow Sports Group has ruled out selling Le Havre Athletic Club, moving to calm speculation after agreeing to sell CD Leganés to 885 capital on Monday night.
The American group said in a statement on Tuesday that, as majority shareholder since July 2025, it remains committed to a long-term plan to structure, develop and strengthen the club financially.
To prepare for the 2026-2027 season, BCSG has set in motion a capital increase, put in place financial guarantees ahead of the DNCG review, and begun investing in a hybrid pitch and an expanded training centre for the professional squad.
On 21 May an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders approved a capital increase of €18.2 million.
On the sporting side, Le Havre have yet to replace former sporting director Mathieu Bodmer, while Demba Ba is being courted. Head coach Didier Digard reaches the end of his contract in June.
