Boca edged Riestra 1-0 at La Bombonera, Lautaro Di Lollo settling a tight contest with a late header. It was far from a flowing display.
LaNumer12.com.ar notes Di Lollo received nine for an imperious showing, having threatened with a first-half header before delivering the decisive goal.
At the back, Ayrton Costa scored seven and looked untroubled, while Juan Barinaga earned six after key late interventions. Agustín Marchesín also took six, keeping another clean sheet and producing a vital save near the end.
Lautaro Blanco was marked five. He clipped it over the keeper, the ball hitting the left angle, and the absence of a number nine limited his usual crossing.
In midfield, Ander Herrera got five after neat links without standing out. Tomás Belmonte returned with six, tidy in possession and a threat in the air. Captain Leandro Paredes earned six, near-perfect with his passing and with several defensive recoveries. His set pieces created danger and he assisted Di Lollo.
In attack, Alan Velasco was rated three, struggling wide on the right and deep before improving once freed up. Lucas Janson received two, barely involved and missing another chance to convince as the central striker.
Exequiel Zeballos took six, tied to the left touchline in a cagey game, and saw a goal ruled out for handball. Brian Aguirre, Iker Zufiaurre and Milton Delgado came on late without ratings, with Zufiaurre matching Janson’s involvement in only 20 minutes.
Coach Claudio Úbeda was given four. The four-three-three with Janson alone up front, Zeballos fixed wide and Velasco in an ill-suited role struggled to unpick a deep Riestra, with threat mostly from Paredes’ set pieces. Next up, Boca visit Estudiantes at 22:15.
