Bordeaux ‘to appear’ before the DNCG again on 30 June over 2026-27 budget | OneFootball

According to Sud Ouest, Bordeaux must return before the DNCG on 30 June to have their 2026-27 budget approved.

The club need to inject nine million euros. This could come via a capital increase if the sale is completed by then, or through guarantees from current president Gerard Lopez, alone or with prospective buyers, with the sum placed in escrow.

Lopez and representatives of Sparta Capital, a possible future majority shareholder, were received by the DNCG on Tuesday to present their takeover plan.

Also in attendance were director general Arnaud Saint-André, vice-president Guy Cotret, and the club’s lawyers.

The meeting concerns budget validation for next season, with financing to be injected or guaranteed as outlined.
