Borussia Dortmund ‘to propose’ €35m plus two loans for El Mala, Köln unconvinced | OneFootball

Express reported earlier this week that Borussia Dortmund were preparing a €35 million package including two loan players for Said El Mala.

Geissblog claims the proposal prompted head-shaking at 1. FC Köln, with that structure not considered an option by the Bundesliga club.

Köln had previously accepted a €50 million offer from Brentford FC, but the move did not materialise after El Mala decided against a Premier League switch.

Tottenham have also been mentioned as suitors for the 19-year-old.

Köln are holding out for a similar fee for their prized asset.
