Brabas to debut Corinthians 2026/27 home kit before men’s team | OneFootball

Corinthians confirmed on Thursday that the Brabas will debut the 2026/27 home kit against Red Bull Bragantino in the second round of the Campeonato Paulista Feminino. Kick-off is 17:30 at Estádio Benito Agnelo Castellano, so the women wear the main strip before the men.

Images from the announcement showed a personalised Andressa Alves shirt, number eight, placed on a bench on a Rio de Janeiro beach.

The new kits, launched last Friday, mark 50 years since the 1976 Invasão Corinthiana at the Maracanã, when around 50,000 supporters travelled to Rio for the Brasileiro semi-final against Fluminense.

A retro crest, used between 1940 and 1980 and created by former player Francisco Rebolo, is the standout. The home shirt is predominantly white, following Nike’s template with curved side panels and a downward arrow collar.

The men’s side wore the second kit last Sunday in a 3-2 win over São Paulo at Neo Química Arena. They face Barra at 19:30 on Thursday in the Copa do Brasil fifth-phase second leg and will use the home strip. After a 1-0 first-leg win at the Ressacada, sealed by Jesse Lingard, they need only a draw to advance.

For the Brabas, it is only round two but they seek a response after a 2-1 opening defeat to São Paulo, leaving them seventh without a point. This year, the top two go straight to the semi-finals, while teams in third to sixth contest a play-in for the remaining places.
