Cult hero Brad Halliday is the latest set to depart Bradford City as he closes in on a move to Dundee.
As they push for automatic promotion from League One, Bradford City are getting busy in the January transfer window, both in terms of incomings and outgoings, and it has now been reported that one of their more experienced players is on the way out.
The Bantams have enjoyed a very impressive campaign thus far, following their dramatic promotion to League One on the final day of last season via a late Antoni Sarcevic winner.
City, under the management of Graham Alexander, brought in a lot of experience in the summer to compliment a squad that was chock full of cult heroes and club stalwarts.
That has led to the Yorkshire outfit emerging as surprise but legitimate contenders for back-to-back promotions and a return to the Championship for the first time in nearly 20 years.
They have been very busy in this transfer window already, with some key men departing and a few signings brought in, and now another of those club stalwarts is set for an exit.

As reported by Pete O’Rourke, Bradford City right-back Brad Halliday is set to complete a move to Scottish Premiership side Dundee.
It has been suggested by O’Rourke that a permanent deal between Bradford and Dundee has now been agreed, albeit with no information on whether or not a fee is to be involved for the 30-year-old defender, who was due to be out of contract at Valley Parade this summer.
The defender - who has played 173 times in all competitions for Bradford - has travelled to Scotland and is understood to be undergoing a medical ahead of his move to Dens Park, and a Dundee side that are coached by former Fleetwood Town and Carlisle United boss Steven Pressley.
Halliday passed through the academies of Redcar Town, Middlesbrough and Newcastle United in the north east before turning professional with Boro in 2014.
Having spent time out on loan at York City, Hartlepool United and Accrington Stanley, Halliday eventually left the Riverside on a permanent basis in 2016 for Cambridge United before joining Doncaster Rovers and then Fleetwood Town.
The versatile full-back arrived at Bradford in the summer of 2022 under Mark Hughes and made 44 League Two appearances as they reached the play-offs that season.
He continued to be a key man for City and made 52 appearances across all competitions last year in their promotion-winning campaign and he will depart West Yorkshire having made 173 appearances, albeit being more on the fringes this time around, with Josh Neufville being Alexander's first-choice right wing-back in League One.

Halliday is set to become the third member of Bradford’s promotion-winning squad from last season to depart in this transfer window already.
Both Alex Pattison and Andy Cook have become cult heroes at the club, with the latter potentially even verging into legendary status thanks to his contributions.
Pattison left just a couple of days into the window, joining a Walsall side that they pipped to the top three last year on a permanent basis, while Cook has returned to Grimsby on loan until the end of the season.
In terms of incomings, Bradford have already made three loan additions with the first seeing them pounce on out of favour attacking midfielder Louie Sibley from Oxford United.
As well as Sibley, they have also brought in right-back Harrison Ashby and midfielder Joe White this week, both arriving for temporary stays from Newcastle United, with Alexander clearly seeing a need to freshen up his squad for the final few months of the season - there had to be casualties though to make room for them, and the likes of Halliday have had to be moved on.
