Brazil national team head coach Carlo Ancelotti has early this week been freshly accused of showing favour towards former employers Real Madrid, over arch rivals Barcelona.

As much comes by way of his alleged line-up plans for the Seleção’s next outing.

Brazil are primed to return to action in the early hours of Wednesday, in a World Cup qualifying trip to Bolivia.

With their place at next summer’s showpiece already secure, the matchup is of little importance to the visitors in the grand scheme of things.

The understanding, though, is that Carlo Ancelotti is nevertheless planning to utilise Barcelona star Raphinha from the off.

As much would mark the winger’s 2nd successive start for his country, with the latter set to come in one of the most difficult climates in world football.

On the other hand, not a single one of Real Madrid’s Brazilian stars were even called up for the September international break, for a variety of reasons.

And as per a report from Diario Sport, as much has been widely construed amongst those of a Barcelona persuasion as clear favouritism towards Los Blancos:

‘The scandal is taking shape. Carlo Ancelotti doubled down and had Raphinha train among the starters who will play this Tuesday at the fearsome altitude of El Alto. Carletto’s double standards between ‘his’ Real Madrid and Barça on this FIFA date is resounding.’
