In one of the most shocking moves of the summer, José Mourinho has officially returned to Real Madrid as head coach.
His time in Europe's major leagues appeared to be over after taking positions at Fenerbahçe and Benfica for his most recent jobs but he has now mad a surprise return to the Bernabéu hotseat.
Following Alvaro Arbeloa's dismissal at the end of last season, Florentino Pérez announced that he would bring back 'the Special One' if he was successful in his presidential election bid.

After securing his status once more, Pérez duly acted upon one of his campaign goals by releasing Mourinho from his contract and bring him back to the Spanish capital.
Benfica confirmed on Tuesday that Los Blancos have triggered the €15m release clause in the 63-year-old's existing contract at the Estádio da Luz.
During his previous spell in charge from 2010 to 2013, Mourinho won each of Spain's three domestic honours once.
